Our aim is to provide the community with great music, local and national news, traffic weather and sport and local information with light hearted chat and more.

We Need You
Steel FM is made up of Volunteers to help run the station, we now need you to join our team of volunteers to help with the running of the station
Steel FM offers opportunities to volunteer in various roles. From presenters, producers, roving reporters, technical support and of cause the office staff and tea makers.
Everybody is welcome to apply to be part of the Steel FM team.
We deliver in house training for all presenters as well as people from the community who are just interested in / passionate about radio & media.
